Every day, I wake up with joy and enthusiasm, excited for new experiences, meeting new people, learning new things, facing challenges, and overcoming obstacles. With each challenge, I learn something new and have the opportunity to make someone smile or share my experiences and knowledge to help them tackle the new day, week or month with courage.
But it wasn’t always this way for me.
I clearly remember feeling lost and without any direction. As a teenager, I felt like I was just a small, insignificant dot in this world. The daily routine, the feeling of being useless, and the boredom consumed me. After finishing my studies, I decided to move to the UK and later to the USA. The new environment kept me distracted for a while. I even started my own small business. What more could I wish for my happiness?
I had everything I thought I wanted: I traveled, was financially secure, and met new exciting people. Got married and had children, but I found myself once again trapped in a vicious cycle… routine, responsibilities, and frustration found me once more. I was waiting for some kind of miracle or change that would “save” me and transform my life, but nothing came.
That’s when I realized that nothing would change without my own action.
I had often heard about personal development and it’s positive impact on live. Many women praised it, but for a long time, I didn’t fully understand it… Still, I decided to take the leap into the unknown and let myself be carried by the current, which led me to profound changes.
In early 2023, I received my first certification in life coaching, and as I continued, I earned more certifications. Over time, I began to notice how my relationships—with myself, those around me, and even my husband and kids —improved. I felt calmer, more balanced, and happier. I no longer lived each day in emptiness and uncertainty. My relationship with time also improved, and I started using it more effectively.
And now, I can offer all of this to you too.
